The Glock 21 is the .45 ACP in the standard size. Glock has a couple of compact size .45's but I want the full size. I thought about checking out some pawn shops. Glayans has a sale of $50 off anything over $500 since they have been bought out by Dick's Sporting goods and Dick does not carry guns. I was going to buy one from there but they already sold there last Glock 21 and won't be getting any more in. A couple other gun shops in town carries the Glock 21 for $549 which is not too bad but it is not real good either. Thanks for the tip.

I checked out the pawn shops and they only carry guns that are in pretty bad shape and not a very good selection either. Then on top of that they want damn near new price for a piece of crap. I will just have to look around and see what i can find or maybe I will run into someone that knows where I can pick one up.

Hey Eric,
Glad to see you've made it back on here! We will keep our eyes open for a Glock 21 for ya, thats what hubby uses for duty. We are looking for one for our daughter as well as she starts patrolling with Bay County and surrounding areas starting in January. While on duty with Air Force she is supplied all weapons and gear but she can patrol with counties on her off days and needs her own gear. Greg deals a lot with a guy here who retired from sheriff dept but still runs his own gun shop, he has always cut Greg good deals on used guns that are in great shape. Will let ya know if we find something.

I appreciate you letting me know about the Glock and if you find a good deal on a used one. I really like the Glock a lot. My first was the 17. It was a great gun and was very accurate. It always shot a little high for me but once you got used to that it was perfect. Then I went to the 23. Since the ban went into effect that limited the amount of rounds in a clip I decided to get a bit more take down power. Now I want the 21 because I have recently started shooting .45 ACP and I really like it a lot. So I figure I might was well get a Glock in the caliber that I really want. Thanks again and I will keep my eyes open as well. If I see a good deal on one I will let you know for you daughter. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving!

Eric, We had a great Thanksgiving! Hope everyone else did to! We came home today to 12 inches of fresh snow!!!! Although hubby not as excited about it as I am he was called in to plow when we were in Delta on our way home, so as soon as we got home he was back out the door to plow the city streets. Its coming down about an inch every 40 minutes sometimes more. This is the most snow I can remember this early in the season...yippeee! I think daughter needs a 9mm in the Glock. Greg said he would try to get out and talk to this Bill about glocks sometime in the next day or so, unless it dont stop snowing. But will let you know if we fiond anything. Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and a safe one!! Cindy

Apparently I need to specify that in my search for a Glock 21 I know what i am looking for and I have a set price I am willing to pay. I am specifically looking for a used Glock 21 in good condition. Just to let it be known, a brand new Glock 21 can be purchase at Specialty Sports in Colorado Springs for $560. And it comes with a handy little black case, plastic cleaning rod, all manuals and a clip. (AKA, a standard new Glock) I will be basing any offer that I make on a Glock 21 on this information. This is aimed at any future members that might have a Glock to offer as the other members of this group are already aware of what I am looking for. Thanks, P.S. I have edited this message as to not offend anyone.

The way you lick your suckers is your own buisiness I on the other hand am not partial to sweets. Anyhow the price I gave you was based on the prices I found on the internet (aka the world wide web). You know what's funny? I was actually thinking about dropping the price and e-mailing you an offer. I thought $600 was a bit much so I was going to offer it to you for less. But after reading your little blot I've decided to hold it for someone else. (This reply was not directed at any of the founders of this website). It was directed at Jeep Man.

Just to refresh your memory Eric B.

Just incase you didn't check your email today I have thoughtfully place the most recent message from me, to you here at Timberline.
After reading this email 6 days ago I believed you to be a polite and respectable person. But after reading your post at Timberline I now think otherwise. Of course I'm aware that you most likely don't care about my opinion of you, and believe me the feeling is mutual. However your posting at Timberline was really uncalled for, untimely, and to be blatantly honest, quite stupid. Uncalled for meaning there was no reason for it. When you go to the store and see something you like but don't like the price you simply don't buy it and shop somewhere else. Right? Untimely, our last contact was 5 days ago. Why go to Timberline and complain about it a week later? Do you complain about a price at the store on an item you like but didn't buy cause of the price tag 5 days after you went there? And quite stupid because of the whole "sucker, licking" pun. As a matter of fact I believe you're the one looking for a sucker to sell you a new 21 for $450. And if you want a 21 badly enough to have purchased 3 clips without even owning one, why has it been 3 months since your first post inquiring about one at Timberline? And you still don't have one. Your "sucker" search has gone on long enough, cause you're not licking my ass, 3 months is quite awhile, just break down and buy one from the store already.
Sincerely,
Allizzander

WHOA!! You gotta love Pawn Shop prices. ;D It depends on the capacity of the 5 clips but regardless of the clips if it was used it is over priced. Thanks for keeping an eye out for me Ed. Never the less I might have to wait another month to purchase one anyway. It is that lovely time of year when the tax man cometh. My Jeep, motorcycle and property tax total approximately $1460 in one month! That stings a little. As soon as I sell my bike and my land I will be able to get a brand new Glock and get it set up with the compensated barrel and get the trigger worked on. Then I will also be able to get that 300 Mag I have been so anxiously wanting. Thanks again,
